Solution

Trojan introduced ConnectWise’s RMM and Helpdesk solutions to Mowi’s on-land and in-sea sites in Ireland.   This has resulted in an average of 80 real time issues repaired per month, by our AI bots.  The helpdesk helped streamline the end user support function.

Through Automation, we streamlined their patching routines. Pushing down approved workstation updates once a week and Server updates every 2 weeks.

Teamviewer is used for remote access and Teamviewer’s Central Management is used to record and log all sessions so they can be used as part of the Company’s Change Management Requirements.
