DMI’s Challenges
- DMI had 2 x Sales Offices in Dublin and Lisburn and 1 x Warehouse in Leixlip and required that these 3 locations could have full access to all systems securely
- DMI have a mobile workforce, with reps and engineers travelling all over Ireland
- With these mobile workers returning to Headquarters bi-weekly DMI needed to be sure that external security risks were not imported into the system
- DMI have a hybrid-cloud system linking their teams with their external stakeholders – they needed the connection link between the on-premise and cloud systems to be secure
- Medicine Tracking Data must be protected and available immediately in any emergency
- Customers require access to DMI’s Databases from multiple endpoints
- DMI needed to make sure that all its data is secure while still allowing all team members to function
